Introduction to dumplings

Dumplings are a type of food made in China it is very popular and are typically eaten traditionally during events or holidays and gives wealth for the year. They are very delicious and are easy to make, so let us show you how to make them!
Ingredients
- Pork
- Cabbage
- Homemade or store bought dumpling wrappers
- Ginger or Garlic
Steps
- Put cabbage with salt and put it aside
- Put the rest of the ingredients together
- Squeeze liquid from cabbage and chop finely and put it in the rest of the filling
- Put the filling in the wrapper
- Fold the edges to together
- Start folding the edges to connect the two sides and fold the edges over each other
- When you finish, you can boil it or fry it
